If you can read this you have probably edited your Home page to the new "contemporary" design. This includes a news feed, which is this box!

You can provide your own news feeds for your school or Service which will feed through to all your staff's Home Pages. So if you want to send a general message, make sure everyone has edited their Home to the "contemporary" design.
