How to use the above resources: You'll notice that there are three options for each resource, "online", "zip" and "exe". Following the "online" link will take you to an HTML file that you view in the normal way with your browser. Understand that these are multemedia resources, and can be quite large (maybe around 1 megabyte in size) - if you're on a dial-up Internet connection at home they can take a little while to download. To save a little time, and to make the files available to you to use at your leisure rather than having to be online, each resource has been made into both a zip archive file and a self-extracting archive file. If you have a zip de-archiving utility on your computer then you can download the zip file (it should work fine on Macs, too), if not you can download the self-extracting exe file (Windows PCs only, sorry).
